Cookies & Similar Technologies

Cookies We Use Today

Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, and serve the site. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on our website.

The one third party able to set cookies through our website is the embedded YouTube player. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may set its own cookies and receive data about your visit under Google's privacy policy, independently of us. If you do not play a video, that player sets no cookies of its own.

If We Add Analytics or Marketing Tools

Should we introduce website analytics or marketing technologies in future, they would be used to:

  • Remember website preferences
  • Measure website traffic
  • Understand visitor behaviour
  • Improve website performance
  • Support marketing campaigns (where applicable)

We will update this section before any such tool goes live, and where consent is required in your region we will ask for it before the tool runs.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect certain website functionality.

004

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and support requests
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Deliver our creative and animation services
  • Communicate project updates
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Improve our website and services
  • Analyze website performance
  • Detect fraud or security issues
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We only use your information for purposes that are relevant to providing and improving our services.

Marketing Communication

Where you have requested information from us or engaged our services, we may send you occasional updates about our work, offers, and availability. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out of marketing does not affect the service communication required to deliver an active project.

005

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that allow us to operate our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function on our behalf. The providers we rely on are:

  • Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs
  • Google Calendar and Google Meet (Google Workspace) — scheduling. When you book a discovery call on our website, the details you enter are saved to our calendar, a Google Meet link is created, and a confirmation is emailed to you
  • YouTube (Google) — the video player embedded on our website
  • Google Workspace — email and correspondence, including project updates and file delivery
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — messaging, where you choose to contact us or receive project updates that way
  • Payment providers — we do not currently take payment through an online processor; the payment method is agreed on each invoice. If we adopt one, most likely Stripe, it will be named here before it is used
  • Our banking providers, where you pay by direct bank transfer
  • Professional advisors, and regulators or law enforcement where disclosure is required by law

We may also disclose information where necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

006

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. However, no online system can guarantee complete security.

You share information with us at your own discretion, and you are responsible for keeping any credentials or access you hold to shared project files secure.

007

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to deliver an active project, maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. In practice this means:

  • Enquiry, proposal, and quotation data — 24 months from our last contact with you
  • Active project files, brand assets, and correspondence — for the duration of the project and 3 months after final delivery
  • Final delivered videos — 3 months after delivery. After that we may no longer be able to re-supply files, so please keep your own copies
  • Invoices and financial records — 3 months after the project closes, unless tax or accounting law requires us to keep them for longer
  • Marketing contact details — until you unsubscribe, and for up to 12 months afterwards so we can honour your opt-out

When a retention period ends, we delete the information or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

008

Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep
  • Objection and restriction — object to, or ask us to limit, certain processing of your information
  • Portability — request your information in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where our processing relies on it
  • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message, or by contacting us directly

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond to every verified request within 30 days, and within one month where the UK or EU GDPR applies.

Which Laws Apply

We operate from Pakistan and work with clients internationally, including across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The rights available to you depend on where you are located:

  • Pakistan — we handle personal information in line with applicable Pakistani law, and will align this policy with the Personal Data Protection Act once it is enacted and in force.
  • United States — residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  • United Kingdom and European Economic Area — the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR apply to how we handle your information. The legal bases we rely on, and how to complain to your regulator, are set out below.

If You Are in the UK or the EEA

We only use your personal information where the law allows it. The legal bases we rely on are:

  • Contract — to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, prepare quotations, and deliver the services you have asked us for
  • Legitimate interests — to run and secure our website, keep business records, and tell existing contacts about closely related services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Consent — where we ask for it, for example before any optional analytics or marketing technology is used. You can withdraw consent at any time
  • Legal obligation — to keep the records that tax and other laws require

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EEA, the authority in the country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us.

009

International Data Transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and the service providers listed above operate infrastructure in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside the country in which you live, in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own.

Where information is transferred out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers make available, including the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Whatever route your information travels, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.

010

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our tools, or applicable law. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the updated effective date shown at the top of this page.
