Confidentiality
We understand that many of our clients operate in competitive industries. Any confidential business information shared with us during the course of a project will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available.
- Was already known to us before disclosure.
- Is required by law to be disclosed.
009
Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith. Delivery schedules may change due to:
- Late client feedback
- Delayed asset submission
- Scope changes
- Force majeure events
- Payment delays
Project timelines automatically adjust when client response times exceed agreed review periods.
010
Project Suspension
Projects with no client communication for more than 30 consecutive days may be placed on hold.
If a project remains inactive for an extended period, additional onboarding or scheduling fees may apply before work resumes.
011
Cancellations & Refunds
If the client chooses to cancel a project:
- Payments already made cover work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Completed creative work remains the intellectual property of PitchCraft Motions unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund requests are assessed based on the production stage at the time of cancellation.
Refund Schedule
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable once onboarding has begun, as stated in section 4. Where a client has paid more than that deposit, the refundable portion of the additional amount is determined by the stage production has reached on the date we receive written notice of cancellation:
- Before any work has started — full refund of amounts paid above the deposit
- During discovery and script development, before script approval — 50% of amounts paid above the deposit
- After script approval, during storyboarding — 25% of amounts paid above the deposit
- Once illustration or animation has begun — no refund, as the work is substantially complete
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to team@pitchcraftmotions.com and take effect on the date we receive them. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, to the original payment method.
